    酒店的前台小姐姐和大叔非常的好，兩天定的不同房型（第二天的房間便宜些，所以第二天要換房），行李給到前台前台幫忙送到房間的，大叔很熱情又很客氣哈哈哈，熱情就好了客氣啥

    This is a very nice hotel with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

    酒店離長野站800米距離，周圍有個便利店，吃飯的不多，要吃飯還是在長野站那邊。房間性價比一般，早餐過得去，長野的酒店都是這副樣子。

    it is superrr quiet but the room is large, a Sukiya is right next to the hotel(a good place for late night meal ) the japanese styled room is a good choice for friends to play with at night, the view from the room is nice as well

    Japanese style room, small but good function, in a room have a bathtub like we are doing Onsen too. at reception, we can pick things we want to use such as coffee, toothbrushes, etc.. the distance from Nagano station to the hotel is about 10 mins walk, which does not disturb us. There is a nice restaurant nearby, we have Eel and pork with rice, which is so good.
